Hey, My name is Martin! I'm a Brooklyn native and graduate of Morehouse College, where I earned a bachelor's degree in economics. I entered the pet care industry with a company I founded in Atlanta to provide pet sitting for shoppers at Whole Foods. Though I’ve placed the startup on hold, my love for animals and the joy I get from caring for them is stronger than ever! Fast forward a few years and now I am a part-time senior dog trainer at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and a certified dog trainer by CPDT. My experience as a trainer enables me to provide the highest quality care - I provide each dog with individualized attention and cater to their specific needs. When I return your pup, you may even notice a few positive improvements or tricks!.

Martin is the most caring and experienced dog sitter and dog walker I’ve ever met! Not only have I been more than comfortable leaving my puppy with him, I also feel like I end up getting more out of the bargain. He really takes the time to get to know your dog. He observes their behaviors and seems to tailor his care to the dog. Whenever we pick Harper up, she is calm, happy and better behaved than before. He provides a thorough summary of her time in his care and makes great suggestions for her. He has watched our French bulldog overnight several times. Now, when we drop her off she runs into his arms! You could not ask for a better dog sitter than Martin. I highly recommend selecting him.
