Shy? Fearful? Food aggressive? Escape artist? Are there specific preferences or catalysts, such as a proclivity for women, or a fear of bearded men? Any quirks or triggers are helpful to know about. - Medical issues, both current and past history. Allergies, medications, vaccinations, chronic conditions, recent travel history or potential exposure to a communicable disease (i.e., recently boarded.) - Emergency and non-critical instructions. Preferred veterinary clinic, preferred emergency clinic, authorization for treatment and resuscitation, etc.
