Do not use this sitter. Sorry but there wasn't a negative star option. We booked her for in our home house sitting 9/3/2021 through Monday 9/6/2021. Friday the very first night she forgot about our dogs until 9:27 PM. Our dogs had been locked up since 8AM with the exeption of a friend letting them out for a potty break at 1230PM. She stayed with them Friday evening 45 minutes. We repeatedly communicated the dogs were spending too much time in their kennals and need more time outside. Sunday she fed them dinner and let them out at 630PM with no intention of returning that evening. She was unresponsive to our messages Sunday night. We ened up calling a friend to let the dogs out Sunday night and terminated her services. We canceled our last day of vacation and returned home immediately. During a period of 54 hours our dogs were locked in their kennels 46 hours. This is an unexceptable level of care. We have reported this to Rover. Rover instructed us the leave this review so no other pet or owner would be treated like this.

Marticia is wonderful! She’s responsive, punctual, and truly one of the kindest people I’ve met. Chief loves her! He gets a walk, a belly scratch, a ball toss and fresh water making her visits the highlight of his day and the stress and worry lifted from mine. She does everything she can to be flexible when work crisis gets in the way ! Hire Marticia!
