I"ve loved dogs since I was a very little girl. Currently I am a speech pathologist with 36 years of experience, but I'm making the plunge into retirement to take care of YOUR dog. My own Abbie-Kate, who has since passed away, was a retired speech therapy dog and I had the privilege of putting thousands of hours into her training, certification, and care. I will treat your dog with the utmost care and spoil them rotten while you need to be away. I will follow your care standards to a tee and provide exactly what you recommend to keep them happy and healthy. I'm cheerful and reliable and happy to take care of your dog whether it be tiny and cute or giant and slobbery. You can trust me to take care of your best friend.

A typical day
We can walk wherever you would like for us to! I'm not particular and will enjoy walking anywhere with your dog. Playing with toys such as rope toys or squeaky stuffies, or playing catch or fetch with tennis balls in your backyard or home is an excellent pastime and helps to form a bond with the dog. I can teach or reinforce simple commands such as sit, stay, shake, high five, etc. and can train your dog in simple sign language as well. I will use only positive reinforcement with your dog.

I'm currently available Tue-Fri with Saturdays or Sundays by special arrangement. Mondays and Tuesdays may be available soon. I am happy to provide the care you need!
