Pet care experience
I retired recently from full time employment and ready for pet-house setting to keep me busy. I have taken care of grandkids pets when they go out of town for 10 years. I have volunteered through the last 40 years to house and pet sit for friends. I would be available for setting on any day of the week. Living in such a small town at 10,000 feet in Colorado, it would be fun for me to get out of town :-) My husband is still working, so I want to get out and walk dogs and be in a different area sometimes. My hobbies are hiking, reading, site seeing, history buff, swimming and quilting. My past work environment has been working at a local gold mine for the past 13 years. Before that I worked for the US Forest Service for 18 years.

Our dogs loved Martha. They sat on her lap and tried to sneak in her suitcase before she left. We definitely consider Martha for future dog sitting. She loves dogs and our ladies got plenty of pets ;)
Martha was great! My pets got lots of attention and I felt they were really well-cared for.
Dogs were happy and well taken care of, the house was in great shape. Martha was early on arriving and kept in touch during our trip. Will definitely have her sit again.
So thankful! For years we have been held hostage at home because we have two giant breed dogs (220+lbs each) and an aging smaller dog, and it’s always been difficult to find someone to want to watch them. Thankfully we found Rover and they linked us with Martha! She was more then a breath of fresh air, great communication with us, she was a life saver, and gave us piece of mind while on vacation with out family. She not only followed all of the lengthy notes we left for her, but she went above beyond with comforting and truly caring for our fur babies. We are so thankful to have found Martha, and would recommend her to all. We only hope she can help us again.
