My name is Martha, I am a college student and healthcare professional. Taking care of pets relieves a lot of stress from my studies and work. I enjoy taking long walks, hiking, cooking, volunteering, the arts, netflix and snuggles with pups. I have a clean background check due to my profession in healthcare. I am not married, so overnight stays are available. I have taken care of dogs of family and friends for the past 6 years. Now with Rover I get to spread more love and energy for other individuals pets in the salt lake valley. I hope I get to give your furry family member lots of love and attention while you are away. I am so lucky to have found Martha! When my dog sitter fell through shortly before a three week trip to South East Asia, that started on Christmas, I considered canceling my trip. Having never used Rover I was reluctant to have a complete stranger stay in my home and care for my dog for such a long time. After reading Martha’s profile I decided to message her and she responded immediately. We set up a meeting and I was impressed with her and how she interacted with my little guy. I felt comfortable with Martha and decided to go on the trip. She communicated with me the entire time sending me updates and photos. When I returned, my house was spotless, my dog had been bathed and he was happy! Martha is amazing and I will use her from now on.
Martha did a fantastic job at watching my three furry children and looking after the house during the nights while I was away. I received plenty of pictures and updates and there were no major incidents. I would definitely recommend her services. Thanks Martha! Dave G
Can’t say enough how great Martha is! I’m a return client because she’s flexible, communicative, and provides updates and photos of the dog(s) she watches of her own accord. Above all, she keeps my dog active, my house clean, and I have no doubts about the well-being of my pup while I’m gone.
Martha was such a great sitter both for my dog and my house. She treated the place with respect, and left it as clean as it was when she arrived. Days before her stay, Zeke had a vet visit and was prescribed two medications. Martha handled this unexpected need perfectly--no issues, no missed medications. She also provided plenty of photos! I'd love to have Martha back as a sitter. Can't recommend her enough.
