I've spent my life around animals and currently have a lhasa apso/golden retriever rescue. We also have a bunny, a flock of hens, and four human children ranging in age from 4 to 14. I grew up around animals, including a Staffordshire terrier named Alfred, two fox terrier rescues named Foxy and Kringle, a pouty-faced rescue named Sherlock whom we decided was an English Springer Spaniel mix, and my neighbor's two goofy Rottweilers. I've participated in obedience and manners training with my Lucy. As a homeowner and someone who has hired house- and pet-sitters, I fully understand your need for someone you can trust and rely on.
