The agreed upon expectations were not met in numerous ways. I had to hire another Rover walker to come to the house to check on things because I couldn't get a hold of Marlee. She brought guests to our house without us knowing, dog poop wasn't cleaned up, and our cat ended up in emergency care after their stay. The cat has congestive heart failure and requires a very specific medication regiment. He was in good condition when we left and Marlee gave us no indication anything was wrong. Little things we agreed upon weren't getting done until we asked for confirmation. She did take our dog for walks and played with her, which was really nice. We trusted the reviews left by others and were not nearly as satisfied.

Marlee and Colin are wonderful. They are caring and communicative. They bonded with our crazy dog right away and we then felt very comfortable about being on vacation, knowing our dog would be safe and happy. Marlee kept in touch through the week we were away and sent photos showing all the fun our dog was having in our absence. You can feel very confident that your pet will be loved and cared for in your absence if you leave it with Marlee and Colin. Thank you, Marlee and Colin! I know that Dora’s missing you!
