I'm just an animal lover. I grew up with pugs, wolf dogs, Aussie's, and 3 different types of parrots. I also grew up in an equestrian community, so occasionally I would look after my friends horses when they would go on vacation. Animals were like family at my house growing up. I'm responsible, attentive, and timely. My brother is a Doctor and I've spent a lot of time looking after his pets during his busy schedule. (You're welcome to talk to him as a reference). Both his long time pets have passed away recently and I really miss the petting time. I think this is a great service for people leaving town. If the dog stays home, there's much less chance of kennel cough or other sicknesses. Your dog can remain comfortably in his/her own home and space. I am currently renting a room in the Lakes, so I cannot bring pets back here to the house. I'm always good for walking a dog but would be hesitant to take your pet to a dog park, because of the liability and the lack of control over other peoples dogs. If the animal is on meds or has special instructions, I prefer to have it all written down specifically, so dosages and food amounts are never in question. When it comes to the health and safety of your dog, I am all about getting it right and seeing positive results over time. I have an Iphone, so I'm happy to email or text short videos or pictures of your dog's day while I'm with him/her. I also have a Toyota SUV, so If need be (emergency or a trip to a nearby park), I can transport your pet comfortably. I have no other commitments and am fully dedicated. Sincerly, Mark W.
