Mark was fantastic with our cherished dog and senior kitty. He took great care of them, each in their own unique ways, while staying at our home. He sent daily updates that were so reassuring and responded promptly with any questions or issues that came up. We felt that our pets were in caring, experienced hands.

Mark house-sat our four dogs for two weeks while my partner and I were out of the country. I consider him an average sitter. He kept our dogs safe, exercised and fed them, and also fed our fish; however he seemed unfocused while we communicated important topics around our dog's care and his updates were brief and infrequent until I expressly requested more information. One of our dogs is a foster puppy still learning manners and socialization, but upon our return, he had regressed in his training and was anxious and reactive. Mark also did not keep our two reactive dogs separated at all times when unsupervised, which we emphasized several times as an unconditional requirement. While Mark may be a fine sitter with well-socialized, non-reactive dogs, I feel he is not suited to care for our pack which requires mindful attention and experience handling challenging dogs.
