Pet care experience
I am here to provide you a complete sense of security that your pet is in great hands. I am a true animal lover who truly enjoys the companionship of having a pet around me. My home has an enormous completely fenced in backyard. It is not quite the size of a football field, but close to it. I truly enjoy going for walks however it's even heightens my enjoyment when I have a fury companion to walk with me. There is a park located directly across from my homes. There are also many many residential side streets to take our walks. You have my word that I will follow each and every instruction you have as to how to care for your pet. I would be happy to communicate with you for any questions you might have. I am confident you will be given the reassurance that you have selected an outstanding gentleman to take care of your loved one. I am home the vast majority of the time which makes it an ideal situation to watch your dog(s). I do not have any daily or weekly conflicts. I truly enjoy interacting with dogs. You will find us hanging out at home, as I am a homebody and we will do pretty much everything together. Dogs are my "buddies" and we quickly form a great bond. We spend time playing in the back yard and even can work on some training techniques. Your dog(s) will be kept comfortable as the climate varies. Yes, we have central air to enjoy and comfortable resting areas.

Mark was an amazing sitter!!! I couldn't be more pleased! He was very helpful in setting up the stay as this was my first time using rover and wasn't sure how the while process worked and even offered a meet an greet before I booked the stay. This was Diamonds first stay away from home ever in her 9 years alive. Mark did such a wonderful job that I think diamond was sad to leave lol. She definitely enjoyed her stay ...maybe a little to much (just kidding) but I could definitely tell she was loved and well cared for just as if she was home. I will definitely request Mark again for any future needs and highly recommend him to any friends and family. I could not be more pleased with our experience. Thank you so much Mark!!!

Mark was very flexible and accepted to watch our Diamond with very short notice. There was plenty of yard for our Diamond to play and run in. Great pet sitter!
Laila enjoyed her visit with Mark. We felt comfortable and at ease with her in his care. We will definitely book again!

Information Mark F. would like to know about your pet
My #1 question is if your dog is aggressive or prone to bite or attack. I also will need to know if they are chronic barkers towards neighbors, or squirrels. I also "may" require set drop-off and pick-up times. I do everything possible to accommodate your schedule however, if I have other obligations where I am sitting for another owner, setting specific times may be necessary to avoid pet confrontations. Also, I respect your time and your schedule. It's only fair to have that same consideration for mine as well. I would just like to know as much about your pet as possible so that I can cater to those individual needs. For me, a day of sitting for your pet equals a 24 hour period plus a 2 hour Grace period. 0 to 26 hours is 1 day 26.1 to 50 hours is 2 days 50.1 to 74 hours is 3 days And so on. Please book your stays accordingly. As an example, if you are dropping your pet off at 11am, then you would need to pick up your pet by 1pm (a 2 hour Grace period) to constitute a day stay. Anything after 1pm throws you into another day of payment.

Huge fenced in back yard where there is plenty of room to run and get the energy released as needed. Playtime - balls, sticks and whatever your dog might like to do Walks Attention - we quickly become companions who do everything together Comfort - both inside and out
