I left my 11-year-old golden retriever in his care. Granted he has arthritis, but he was able to climb up the 6 inch step in and out of his house. When I dropped him off yet when I picked him up, he could not climb down and when we brought him into the car, he could not climb up. He informed me that he would not take my dog on walks as that was supposed to be an added service, even though he was boarded there, I find that ridiculous. I have never had to pay extra at boarding for someone to walk my dog, which is basic care. Bottom line when I pick my dog up. Six days later he was in way worse health than when I dropped him off, do not leave your dog here unless you are leaving it with another dog to keep it company and or you do not care if it has any interaction or play or walks or exercise. This was the worst experience I have had with Rover. I have filed a complaint Also, not sure if it is Mark and/or “Jude” as this is his WhatsApp profile. Either way the experience was abysmal, so I recommend in responsible pet parent to choose someone else.

We left our 2 babies with Mark for a long vacation and everything was excellent. The dogs had alot of fun and we got plenty of messages and pictures to keep up in the loop which was very comforting. Thanks Mark!!
