Dogs are like Babies

Pet care experience

If you are looking for a sitter that will take care of your dog as if it was you and know that he will not care or need for anything while you are gone. This is the place YOU NEED. I Love to doggy sit. This is not just any job. I do this because I love pups, I believe and I know that I'm totally great for your babies because they would get special love, care and attention just like a child would. I will spoil them :) Thanks for taking your time reading everything. My entire life is about pets, all sizes and types. I am an animal lover and I would love to take care of yours like if he/she was my own. I am very dependable, reliable and professional. I do get attached to all dogs in a matter of hours and they do too. We will love each other like if we met ages ago. You'll see it when you come to pick him/her up. I own crates, but they are meant for my pups to stay in only during the night. Your dog is free to run in the house as they would at their home. MI CASA ES SU CASA :) Your dog will never be put in a cage overnight (unless you bring his own and you want me to do it). PET PARENTS: Pictures will be taken and sent to the pet parents upon request, via Rover. (The only requirement is a review after EACH stay!) It helps me, so that I get to meet more wonderful pups, it will also help other pet parents in need of a sitter and of course they will definitely book with me based on your kind words. :) Walks are either 15 minutes to 1 hour, we can run or walk depending on your pup’s daily basis or needs. If he can't walk 15 minutes or more, you can tell me how much time he can walk and I will totally do it. I can provide toys, food bowls, also beds... I will ask you if you prefer to bring your own, I don't provide food, due to allergies, when it comes to material things, usually some doggies are not tooo happy about getting new stuff, especially if they are staying in a new house... I WILL FOLLOW THEIR SCHEDULE!!! I want them to feel at home, like if nothing has really changed. So I will need to know what they usually do at your house so they do it at mine as well. QUESTIONS THAT I WILL ALWAYS ASK. Please have your answers ready for the meet and greet. If you are new and had a last minute booking with me, please answer these questions in a message. • At what time does he eat? • How many times a day does he eat? • How many cups of food does he eat? • How long does he go on walks? • Is he potty trained? • Does he like other dogs or kids? • Is he aggressive about toys, his bed or food? • Is he allergic to anything? • Does he need any medication? If so please provide the full info. Thanks for choosing me! I cannot wait to hear from you and make your family a part of mine Why I love dog sitting: I had a Doberman since I was 5, we would spend all the time together, but he died when I was 12, he was also 12, someone killed him to get into our place, I cried sooo much, I didn't even want to have more pets after that, he was my best friend, before he died I remember bringing home all the dogs I saw on the streets, I gave them food and water. When I got older I realized I could use all the love I have in my heart to help other dogs who needed me or someone to rescue them... So I helped a Shelter with a puppy called Benna, she had the distemper virus and for some reason she couldn't be around other dogs, so I offered myself to be her foster parent until she got cured :) we spent together a whole year, then it was time to say good bye, but she got adopted by a great family. Not long after that I volunteered to help dogs in shelters. About my house: My house is not that big, it only has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all painted and decorated by me, lol! I do have a doggy room, I use it as a doggy day care, so they can have their toys, beds, bowls everything you guys bring, the food will be hidden just in case hahaha. Outside the house there's lots of space, 0.25 acres to run around and play catch, fully fenced you don’t have to worry about them running away, if they try to dig, there’s no escaping because is double fenced. The yard is also divided in two, I bet you wonder why, well sometimes dogs don't get along so they can have a separate to play in.

Marvels second stay with Marjorie was a success. She had a great time and I feel good knowing Marjorie spoils her. I'm still an annoying dog mom but Marjorie gets it and I know she is well taken care of. Wonderful babysitter, I will use her every time I have to go away as long as she's available. Marjorie also took some AMAZING photos of Marvel, instagram worthy. 😀

Information Marjorie G. would like to know about your pet

I don't have a breed preference, as long as your pup doesn't destroy any furniture or chew on doors! lol I will need Their schedule!! - How many times a day does he/she eat. How much exercise does he or she need every day? - Where does your dog like to sleep? Does he like dark quiet places, or maybe he doesn't mind. - Is he possessive over food? Toys? Territory? - Does your dog have any allergies, or require any type of medication? Dietary details, medications (if any), walk routine, exposure to children and other dogs, habits, likes, and dislikes. I Really want to know everything I can about them before sitting, (his needs won't change my opinion about having him over), their eating schedules, sleeping schedules, normal activity etc. so I can make their stay as close to their normal routines as possible.

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks! Around the house, or he/she can run around in the backyard. Walks can be from 5 minutes up to 1 hour, we can either run or just have a peaceful walk. We can play catch ouside the yard aswell.
