Heya! I live in a house with a fenced in yard with my husband, 3 y/o male Australian Shepherd, 8 m/o female Husky, and 4 y/o female cat. We love all kinds of animals here and are very passionate about making sure your family member is treated just like they’re part of our family. I have 4 years of experience caring for exotic animals as well. I’ve owned snakes, spiders, invertebrates, as well as many kinds of rodents!

Marissa has doggie-sat 2 of my dogs & both times she did an amazing job!!! Her dogs are also well trained and we’re very friendly toward my dog. He had a blast playing with his new buds & was actually a little depressed for about a day when he came back home.🥲😉 I highly recommend Marissa.👍🏼👍🏼

Does your animal do good with every human, or do they not like females/males? Is your animal good with children in case we run into some at a park? Is your animal good with other dogs/ cats/ animals? Is your animal afraid of loud noises or certain weather? Are they on a special diet? While I do own three animals myself, any animals I board will be asked if they are good with mine. If not, I will keep them separate. This does not mean I will keep your animal in one room the whole time. I will have separate areas of the house blocked off to provide ample space for both pets.
A typical day
My husband and I love outdoor activities! Any doggy can join us on hikes, picnics, swims, paddle boarding (with lifevest), park walks, climbing, etc. with owner discretion. I will not take your animal out on any dangerous activity. I will always ask permission to take your animal on anything other than walks, as I know most animals can only have a certain amount of exercise.

Availability
I work from home on call, so I have lots of time to spend playing and taking care of your furry family member. We feed our animals twice a day and go on potty breaks ever 2-3 hours. We also go on daily walks!
