This was the third time I used Marissa. It is the last time. Instead of putting food into the cat's dish and then hiding the dish (so the cat will "hunt" for her food) she put pieces of cat food all over the house! Now we must clean the entire house thoroughly so that ants and insects don't find them. If this was the first time she'd sat for us, I'd understand the confusion. Not ...

Marissa did a fantastic job caring for Bo while we were out of town. In addition, she left our house very clean and went above and beyond on several things we asked her to do as well as a couple things we didn't ask her to do. We will definitely have her back in the future.

Marissa was great. We found her on Rover a 10 day before we were leaving on vacation. We did the meet and greet a week before we were leaving and could tell it was going to a good place for our 2 dogs and even the cat. She sent a few pictures while we were gone and the dogs and cat were very content being at her house. We will us Marissa again when we ...

Hi there!

What Marissa would like to know about your dog

I love and welcome ALL breeds! I especially enjoy taking care of new breeds and learning more about them.

Before booking, I require a meet & greet with the dog(s) and owner(s). This insures it's a good fit for both parties and gives everyone an opportunity to address any concerns, share stories, and gather necessary information.

My meet & greets are very casual, and the questions I ask are pretty simple and straightforward. I feel the best way to understand your dog is to experience them in person (or in-dog?}. The meet & greets are not only a way to share information with the owner(s), but they also allow your dog(s) to become familiar with me, and decide if I live up to their expectations! :)

When Marissa watches your pet

It's important to listen to the owner's opinions and requests in terms of what's best for the dog. For instance, some dogs do very well walking next to busy streets, and others like to chase cars. Some dogs thrive at off leash dog parks, and others don't do well will in social situations. I can easily cater and adjust to the specific needs of each breed and animal.

I feel it's necessary for your dog to spend time outdoors. I enjoy staying active and love when I can include your fur child in all the fun!

Your dog's sleeping arrangement

I like to stick to your pup's routine as much as possible. Some typical scenarios are sleeping in the same room the dogs are used to, or moving their dog bed to the guest room, or sometimes they sleep with me in the bed, if permitted! I really don't mind either way, as long as we all get a good nights sleep! We don't want a grumpy pup ;)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time I'll spend with your dog

Honestly, as much time as we possibly can! With most of the team being part to full time petsitters, we can ensure your fur children won't feel lonely. Needless to say, your pup(s) will be spoiled with love & attention.
