I am an an all around animal lover with experience working at Wag! and animal shelters. I have experience with both large and small dog breeds, as well as cats. I recently graduated from UCLA and just moved to Austin, Texas! Once I am taking care of your pets I will treat them as my own! I take the care of animals very seriously. My special skills include my gentleness and patience with animals, as well as behavioral training and understanding. Your pet will definitely be in safe hands and I cannot wait to meet your very special pawsome pet!

Marissa was great! Very responsive and respectful of our home. We ended up having a pet emergency with one of our dogs and Marissa did a great job contacting our vet and us so we could get our girl the medical attention she needed. Thank you Marissa! Highly recommended
Marissa was great with our two knuckleheads, Ashley and Max. She showed up on time for our meet and greet and absorbed everything that was mentioned. My pups aren't very well socialized so they are very shy around new people. On the first visit both my pups were shy and hiding in the same cage. Marissa texted me midway through her visit to ask me ways for her to be able to engage them. I think she won them over with treats and they were BFF's after that rocky start. To be honest I was a little apprehensive leaving my two knuckleheads alone for so long because when I got back from Houston I worried the cops or people with pitchforks would be waiting for me to complain about my dogs. Marissa gave me peace of mind that she had everything under control with the pics and updates she sent after her visits. I would highly recommend Marissa if you need quality care for your pups (or cats).
Marissa was a great dog sitter and very respectful of our home! I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again in the future! Thank you so much for watching our pups!

We have a fenced in large yard, there are two cats inside so dog will likely stay outside most of the time, weather permitted. I also have a guest room where we can keep the dog(s) in a crate as well (if crate is provided).

Let me know if it is okay to keep the dog outside for most of the time. We have a covered porch so no one will get rained on, and we can provide beds and blankets if its cold.
A typical day
We can walk around the neighborhood, head over to Leander where there is a great dog park (if owner allows) and we can run around the park as well.

Currently not working, so availability is fairly open. I am looking for some casual walks and pet boarding if required, willing to do drop in visits and day care as well.
