I personally know Marissa from working at a Pet Hotel with her. She has professional experience working with dogs and cats, including but not limited to feeding, grooming, walking, and playing. While working there we were taught the basics, but Marissa always went above and beyond to not just make sure the dog had the basics, but was actually loved. It takes more than food and water to care for a pet. She would get to know the personalities of every dog, which means she knew what was best for each one as far as making each one as comfortable as possible. Patience is a necessary skill when with working with animals and she always was patient with them, no matter how crazy work demands were. Her priority was always the dogs well being first. She has a gentle and soft nature that invites dogs to feel safe. Not only have I witnessed her interacting with the dogs firsthand at work, but personally trust her with my own and have asked her on several occasions to watch my dog.
