Hi I’m Marissa a HUGE lover of dogs! I also have a passion for caring for people. I am currently in the medical field and love every second of it. I have 2 dogs of my own, they are both labs and they are my whole life❤️ I have always wanted ALL the dogs but that isn’t possible, so rover is a way for me to engage with other people’s fur babies an get all the dog lovings I can possibly get. I have a ton of experience with all sorts of dogs and all different sizes. I can handle your hyperactive dogs, your high maintenance dogs and your elderly dogs. I have lots of patience for the fur babies and I’d love to be your go to person for all your pet sitting needs and your fur babies home away from home.

Marissa was so patient with my 1 year old doodle who needed a little extra care cuz she was being shy around the other dogs. She let her cuddle, gave her lots of treats and love. She was so good at giving her individual attention while there were 5 other dogs in the house. She also was able to book me when it was only a week advanced notice for a festival. Would definitely recommend her for any of your pet needs!
Marissa was great with our little Luna! She sent us pictures/videos of her daily. This was the first time Luna was away from us and she was well taken care of. We will definitely be using Marissa again and we highly recommend her.
My best buddy is Romeo, my 15 year old terrier. Who weighs about 10 lbs. and thinks he is 10 foot tall and bullet proof. He has a few health issues but gets around very well. I worried about boarding him for the first time ever, as I left town for a few days. But my worries were completely erased! Marissa was the bomb!! He had a fun filled vacation of his own in her home. She sent tons of pictures and kept in touch with me all four days. What really sealed the deal was knowing he was allowed on the sofa and bed! Thank you Marissa, you made my leaving him so easy. If I could leave a 50 star review, I would!!!

It is important for me to know if your dog gets along well with others as I have 2 of my own. Also is your dog okay to be out of a kennel when left alone or will you dog need to be kenneled.
A typical day
I live right down the road from a dog friendly park that I enjoy walking the dogs at when the weather allows. There is also a dog park a few minutes away that is a good way to get some exercise and be social.

Availability
I am currently working full time but this doesn’t stop me from caring for your babies. I live about five minutes from my work place which allows me to go and let the dogs out on my lunch break the days I do have to work.
