Hey there! My name is Marissa and I am so excited to get to know you and your pup! Dogs have been apart of my family my entire life. Growing up, I always lived with 2-3 dogs at a time and am now the proud owner of Kia, an adorable 13- year old Black Lab/Border Collie mix. I've raised her since she was a sweet, boisterous puppy, and now give her the extra love and attention that senior dogs need. I recognize that every dog has a unique personality and I will provide outstanding care, curated to your dog's specific set of need. Kia has had a lifetime of health issues making me very well equipped to handle any special accommodations your pup may need. I know what it's like to leave your fur baby with someone new, so I value open communication before and during the stay to keep you worry-free and informed about our adventures :) I'm available to walk, check-in on, stay with your dog whenever you need me! I would LOVE to have as many opportunities as possible to play and pet and love on any dog needing some active walking time outside or just some cuddles. I am also happy to help you with any other chores that need to be done while you're away if I'm house sitting for you! My husband Ryan joins me for walks and house sittings sometimes when he's not working, but only if he can come to the meet and greet and if it has been previously okayed by you and your pet :) He loves dogs as much as I do and he loves getting some quality time with cute pups! Bottom line--I love yoga in a quiet park and going on hikes with friends but honestly my favorite activity in the whole world is being around dogs. My day is made when I'm out and about and get to pet even just one dog! I'm patient, responsible, and friendly. My schedule is very flexible and I have plenty of extra time to give your pet the most loving, curated play time or exercise that they deserve. Any breed, any size, any age, all dogs are meant to have as much love showered on them as possible.
