Hello! My name is Marissa. I've been dog sitting and training for over 10+ years and I firmly believe that dogs shouldn't JUST be cared for, but should also be treated and loved like family! Our home consists of my dog-loving husband, two boys (ages 4 and 12), and our 5 year old Chocolate Lab. Our sons and pup are the best of friends, and are all very good with other dogs!! We will prove that to you, when we do an initial meet and greet with you and your pup. We love all dogs, no matter their breed, size, or age! I also have experience with dogs with disabilities (including blind and deaf), special trained/“working” dogs, and dogs who need special accommodations (daily medication, special diets, etc). I am home full-time, so your dog will be getting a lot of love and attention while staying with us! Our neighborhood has a park that we walk to daily. Along with the park, our backyard is a great spot to play, too. It is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall fence and lots of space! If your dog prefers to hangout in cooler temperatures, we have nice cool tile floors along with “doggie couches.” Plus, we have a sunroom that leads to the backyard, with a door that is opened, to allow your dog to go in and out as they please. It can be hard to leave your pup behind, and I can promise that your dog will be greatly cared for while you're away. I will keep you updated on your dog's day, by letting you know what and how they are doing and sending pictures of your pup, etc. My schedule is also flexible and can accommodate your needs!!
