Marissa was great to work with, very communicative, very friendly, easy going, and took great care of my older dog. I look forward to working with her in the future!

Marissa was really sweet and responsive. I initially gave her a glowing 5 star review before I even got home! However, once I returned from my trip I realized that Marissa had done the bare minimum when it came to taking care of my cat. - First, we realized that Marissa had never emptied my cat's litter. I did forget to leave her a note but she still could have read my easily accessible care instructions included with my booking information. - Second, we realized that Marissa had thrown away my cat's (unwashed) food cans in multiple trash cans around the house. She threw them away in our bathroom and our kitchen upstairs (which she had no need to enter), even though a recycling can was readily available. Also, to enter our house, she had to pass by our huge outdoor trash and recycling cans. We were incredibly fortunate that this carelessness didn't attract any pests. -Sidenote: Her going upstairs into our kitchen worried us that she may have explored the rest of our house when we were gone. We're happy to report that nothing is missing but this is still unprofessional. -Third, she could not even be bothered to clean out my cat's food bowl. When she returned every day, she would just dump a new can of food on top of the grey remnants of food from the previous day. Overall, although Marissa was nice, she was careless and snooped around my house. I would not book her again in the future. I should've known better than to pick the cheapest available option.
