Pet care experience
My name is Marissa, I am a licensed veterinarian working in the Broward area. I have always loved every type of animal, big or small, and have spent many years pet sitting/baby sitting for others. I am an avid outdoor person, love to have dogs to accompany me on walks and runs. I have been certified in animal behavior, as well as interned in animal training and care. I have worked at several veterinary clinics, shelters and even zoos and aquarium, so I’m pretty adept at handling the craziest of animals! I am always punctual and reliable, you will never have to worry about the safety or well-being of your pet. I would love the chance to meet more furry friends and help make having a pet a little easier for you!

I was very happy to have Marissa taking care of my cat Tiffany while I was away. She was attentive to both my needs and Tiffany's as I was a nervous wreck leaving my girl for such a long period of time. She sent me pictures every day which helped me feel a little more relaxed. Marissa has watched our babies twice now and she has been AMAZING! She is very reliable, loves on our babies and sends multiple pictures to us every day! Taking care of 6 cats is no easy job, but Marissa handles it with ease. We highly recommend using her! David and Heather

I am able to take care of special needs/elderly dogs as well as dogs with any type of daily routine concern. I am good with puppies as well as long as you have a crate to accompany them! Any other concerns just let me know!
A typical day
I love going on runs/walks (whatever skill level your pup has), and the backyard is available for play time. I live in lighthouse point with just a short walk to the beach and marina.
