Pet care experience
I provide quality care for your pet(s) in your own home. I'm a college graduate with 10 years of pet sitting experience, working with over 25 different families over the years who have trusted me with the care of their pets. I previously worked on the kennel staff at a vet's office, and am comfortable with administering medications. Working at the vet made me realize dogs are much more comfortable and at ease in their own homes so I am passionate about providing in-home care! In the past, I have welcomed dogs into my home, taken care of pets in their own homes, and walked several dogs weekly. I am willing to treat your dog with food, treats, walks, play time, and anything else you may need. I am a responsible caregiver with a passion for all animals (especially dogs :)), no matter the size!

Marissa stayed with my two cats for seven nights and did an amazing job! She is pleasant, loving, and kept my house immaculate! Throughout my time away she sent me photos and kept me informed. I came home from vacation and truly felt like I had gotten away without having to worry about what was going on at home. And both of my kitties loved her! Beyond five stars. The only problem was my dog fell in love with her a little too much! He is a COVID puppy and was shy, she won him over. We got a picture of him sleeping on her lap.

If the dog has any medical conditions that require medication I would need to be aware of that because it is essential that they stay healthy and receive the care they require. Any other special routines or rituals that your dog is used to is great too so they can be as comfortable as possible. I love all breeds, but I am especially fond of large breeds :)
A typical day
I love to take dogs to our local park and play fetch with them, or take them for a walk on the paths at the park. I love exploring new parks and trails with dogs I care for.

I work remotely and don't have any kids, so I have pretty open availability. I don't have my own pets yet so I really love taking care of others' pets whenever I can!
