I talk to dogs. As long as I have remembered I have loved dogs and connect with them better than I do with most people. As a child growing up, even though we didn't live on a farm, my family was owned by a menagerie of different animals. We had everything except cats: white mice, a white rabbit, exotic birds, fish, and of course, dogs, the love of my life. Unfortunately, we didn't have the land to own horses, although I would have loved that. I am also a professional groomer, and I love grooming and taking care of animals. I pride myself on my current knowledge about dogs and cats, health and behavioral, and my efforts to continue learning all that I can on the subject.
