Pet care experience
I am a retired teacher. I've had dogs for 20+ years. I'm home with my dog, Daisy, most of the day. I walk her every day and would walk yours daily, too. I have a very small fenced area in the back but it's good enough for going potty! My dog is always wherever I am in the house. I'm used to giving medication when needed. I used to volunteer at the Humane Society when I lived in apartments and couldn't have a dog. Once I bought a house, I adopted from them and spent my weekends with her instead of volunteering. I still do the Humane Society Doggy Dash to raise money for them each year. I lost her a couple of years back and just recently lost an older dog I had rescued through Family Dogs New Life. I adopted my current dog from SW Washington Humane Society. I'm a strong believer in rescuing.

Marion is an exceptional dog-sitter. During the 10 days our dog, Millie, stayed with her, it was evident she felt completely at home. We received regular updates via text, complete with photos and videos to put us at ease. It was great following along with her adventures at the dog park, etc. We couldn't be happier with the service provided – it's clear Marion goes above and beyond for her furry guests! I have a crate and can crate if necessary. I feed my dog twice a day but can feed yours whenever it's used to being fed. At my house, dogs are allowed on furniture and on my bed. I have lots of dog beds but prefer that the owner bring theirs since it will make the dog more comfortable. I also prefer they bring their own bowls.

I want to know if they are basically friendly with other dogs? People? Can they be trusted off leash? Of course, as I've mentioned, potty trained and females fixed. Do I need to know about any medications or health issues? Do they sleep in the bed with you? Are they used to being on the furniture?
A typical day
We go on leash walks around the neighborhood in the morning. If they like to play ball, we do that. Daisy likes to run with other dogs. And we play with toys in the house.

I'm retired so I'm wide open! I walk my dog every morning. We play later in the day. I can walk another dog separately if need be.
