Marion was great! Super friendly and took her time to make my dog feel at ease while she was nervous. Got a few pictures of my dogs walk as well.

Marion is a wonderful person with a kind heart who clearly l-o-v-e-s dogs. She tries to limit her guests to one at a time (along with Leonard, Marion's handsome and calm pooch with soulful eyes). Marion was the perfect host for Lola's recent stay. Her home has a large securely fenced back yard and it's fairly close to Green Lake for walks and socialization with other dogs. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend Marion ...

I felt so good about leaving my baby with Marion! She is a great communicator, very responsive, obviously really loves and cares about the dogs she watches, and she was totally nice and understanding when I got stuck in traffic and was much later than expected to pick up my dog. He was happy and well-cared for. I already have another stay with Marion booked, and am very relieved and grateful to know that he ...

Good fun & great care in Greenlake

I live just five blocks from Green Lake in a cozy, dog-friendly apartment and neighborhood, with a fenced front and backyard. I moved to Seattle for graduate school from upstate New York, where I lived on a farm with nearly 100 goats, several alpacas, and a neurotic and lovable border collie.

My friendly, goofy pup, Leonard, traveled cross-country with me and loves his new home. He likes nothing better than to take long walks around ...

What Marion would like to know about your dog

It's important that I know as much as possible about your dog in order to provide the best care.

What is your dog's usual routine? How frequently does he or she need to be taken outside, and are there any special signals to pay attention to (my parents' dog, for example, is not vocal - he simply follows us around a little more excessively than usual)?

How does your dog behave on leash? I won't ever let your dog off-leash outside of a fenced area, so it's important to know their tendencies.

Does your dog have any special dietary or medicinal requirements?

Are there any training rules or plans that I should follow with your dog? It's very important to be consistent with training, and I want to maintain the work you have done with your dog.

Feel free to provide any additional information that you think I might find useful!
