I met Mario in passing at the building I live at in Long Beach. I saw that he was walking another residents dog and wanted to see if he could walk my mini dachshund Pip. He was gracious enough to take time after his walk, even though he had plans, to come up and meet him. I appreciated it very much, as my dog tends to be a bit anxious with new people.
