Pet care experience
I am extremely experienced with dogs of all shapes and sizes ranging from Tea Cup Chihuahuas to Rottweilers. I have trained for many years in obedience and am currently training and competing in agility trials with my Aussie Shepherd at locally based competitions. I also have extensive personal experience caring for the senior set and handling the special needs of those individuals. I am very capable in the administration of oral and/or topical medications if necessary.

We were originally afraid to leave our dogs with anyone until we found Mariko. They absolutely love her. When we drive to her house they both get so excited they can't wait to get out of the car. She has a fantastic yard for the dogs to run around and play with each other or just relax under a tree. She sends us updates about what they are doing all the time. We can't say enough good things about her. She is the best!
Mariko is great! Storm loves to go to her house for playdates and sleep over!
Mariko is great! She has been very understanding of my dog's separation anxiety and has been helping me work on it. She is very patient and loving to all the dogs she has.

A typical day
We have a large, grass covered yard that is completely fenced so that our guests have plenty of room to roam and sniff around. Walks on the beach are gladly provided if the weather permits and would be enjoyable for the dog. Of course, plenty of interaction that is tailored to an individual's favorite activity, game or need will be happily dispensed.
