Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life and enjoy their company! Our beagle is part of the family and loves to play with other dogs so if you need a place for your dog to stay for the day so you can run errands, bring your dog over! If you need your dog to stay overnight or while you are away on vacation, bring your dog to our dog-friendly home for special care and attention. If you are like me you don't want to put your dog in a kennel where they stay in a cage all day. My home is air conditioned and no cages! I have a large fenced yard and your dog can go out anytime he/she wants to. My beagle uses a doggy door and loves the freedom to go outside anytime.

Marietta and Nanette are the best! They watched my two dogs for over two weeks. I received pictures and assurances that they were doing well every day. My 12 year old dog comes with a lot of medication and instructions and I always feel confident leaving her with them. The younger one has a great time running around in the yard playing with the other dogs. It’s definitely a home away from home for them!
We could not ask for a better home for our dog Ruby to stay while we are out of town. Marietta and Nanette treat Ruby like she is part of the family. They give daily updates with photos. She loves going there and I never regret leaving her with these special ladies. I highly recommend them and Ruby already has a booking Dr our next vacation.

My first concern is to have a safe and fun experience with your dog, so I don't prefer pitbulls or other aggressive breeds. I live within one mile of a 24 hour VCA vet hospital so any emergencies will be addressed immediately, but for the safety of my dog or any other dog visiting, I do not prefer to care for a sick dog or an aggressive dog.
A typical day
Your dog will have access to go outside several times a day to stretch, do their business, and play in the yard. I enjoy throwing a frisbee and tennis balls with my dog so your dog will have fun too. In the summer time we put out a kiddie pool if your dog likes a cool down, we will use the pool. If your dog is afraid of the water we can put the pool away.
