No phone calls are made until all queries have been addressed and confirmed through the chat and the booking is secured in our calendar, in order to follow through with the proper guidelines and ensure safety for everyone involved. When I'm looking after multiple dogs, all of them are given their meals separately to guarantee both safety and cleanliness and to avoid any food possessive behaviors. 🐱 I'm aware that me having cats can be a source of concern for everyone involved. Therefore, I always ask questions ahead of the booking to make sure that the situation is suitable and that necessary preparations are made to provide the optimum and safest service for you and your animals. 🐱 When I board pets who don't usually get along with other animals, I do my utmost to keep them apart and prevent any potential problems, so you can feel secure and worry-free! ⭐ I urge you, as the pet parent, to be completely OPEN and TRUTHFUL about your dog's past experiences with other animals, people, and displays of behavior.
