My family had a dog while I was growing up and she lived a healthy and fulfilled 16 years of life. Unfortunately, after she passed we did not bring another dog into the family. I have always looked for opportunities to care for other people's cats and dogs; mostly for friends, family and surrounding neighbors. I would say my experience with animal care started around the age of ten, however I have spent time around dogs and animals my whole life and feel extremely comfortable around them and caring for them. After hearing about Rover, I decided to join to not only be able to share my love for dogs and all animals, but to also be of help to pet owners when that little bit of extra assistance and support is needed!
