Hi, there! I'm Marie. I'm 25 years old, a grad student at ODU, and a human/dog/cat/chinchilla mom! My dad passed down an unconditional love for anything furry, scale-y, feather-y; you name it. Growing up in this climate, I've been around animals of all sorts my entire life. From an early age, I've always found myself being a go-to animal sitter for neighbors, my parent's friends, or my friend's parents. It started as walking/loving once or twice during the day. Once age appropriate, it transpired to lengthy overnight stays. Word of mouth spread from personal acquaintances to their friends, and I developed a rather large clientele with ranging responsibilities. Though it was not through Rover, I can provide several astounding references. Having my own, I understand the importance of wholly trusting your fur baby's caretaker. Meet and greets are happily accepted and highly encouraged to establish the maximum level of comfort and trust between all parties - you, me, and the fur babies! I hope you'll let me go the extra mile for your fur babies during drop-in visits or on long walks to make sure they're well loved and tuckered out before you come home to them!
