We could not have asked for a better "first-time experience away from their regular vacation experience" for Copper and Willow than their stay with Claire! This was our first time using Rover.com as our babies have always had a family we left them with in the past. Being new to Florida, we didn't have that option this time. Claire accommodated us on short notice with a meet and greet and our stay. She was professional and very patient with probably not the most savvy Rovercom-users. :) We were very impressed with her ability to read the dogs' signals - her dog and our dogs - to determine their reactions to each other. From everything we could see in the pictures and comments she sent, our little guys seemed to have a blast with Claire and her furbaby! We could tell that our littles were welcomed and treated like family - what a wonderful thing to be able to say! We're even considering the extra drive to Claire's once she relocates for our next trip without our babies! That's how satisfied we were! Top points - welcomed our dogs and treated them like family, prompt and professional communication while also conveying a friendliness that put us at ease, displayed a keen sense of understanding dog signals, sent pictures and comments to update us... she was wonderful in every way!

We were really happy having Claire do drop-in visits to take care of our dog while we were out of town. Our dog is a good judge of character, and our dog likes Claire. Claire was great with our dog and we will definitely use her again.
