Pet care experience
We're Maribel and Ethan and we're lifetime dog lovers living in Chelsea, NYC. We don't have any of our own as we love to travel and can't always take a pup along. We have a spacious apartment, flexible schedules, and a plethora of experience hosting furry, four-legged friends. We will watch your pups as if they were our own and share lots of pictures to prove it. We have a veterinary clinic a couple of blocks away in the event of an emergency but thankfully have never had to take any of the pups in our care there. We are excited to give your fur babies the attention and affection they need while you are away! Let's schedule a meet and greet to get started!

Yet again, Teddy had a great time with these two! They were kind enough to come pick Teddy up this time and he was a little shy at first, but he warmed up to them again. They are great about sending me "Pupdates" and photos! Very happy with them :)
Maribel and Ethan are very special people. My pup, Dublin adores them and I trust them completely.
Maribel and Ethan were great with taking care of our puppy, Mocha. Since he wasn't fully vaccinated, my husband and I were worried about leaving him with a sitter over our vacation. However, they were so sweet and attentive to our needs from the beginning, and we communicated with them daily while we were gone! We felt very much comfortable knowing that Mocha was in good hands. We hope to continue this relationship with them in the future!

We'd prefer dogs who are not big barkers as we live in an apartment building and want to be considerate of our neighbors so please be honest about this. We definitely prefer dogs with calmer temperaments who equally love playing and relaxing. Let us know what your regular commands and rules are so that we can reinforce your training. It's always good to know what we're in for on walks: is your dog skittish? Good/bad walker? How is (s)he with encountering other dogs?
A typical day
We live in a co-op complex that's pretty quite considering we're in a big city and we're not far from hudson river park. If your dog likes dog parks there's one near Chelsea piers that is about 1/2 mile away. Games of fetch can always be accommodated. We're big couch cuddlers too so if your dog is skilled in this area (s)he will be right at home.
