Currently, I take care of my 1yr and 8mo old Shih Tzu. Usually, I take her out for 15 to 45 minute walks in the early evening a few times a week. After every walk, I clean her paws if it was a short walk and give her a bath after longer walks. I play a few games with her inside the house like fetch, tug-of-war with a rope, or chase her around the house. Even if my brothers or mom is in the room, she usually follows me around the house and tends to sleep next to me at night. Her hair gets matted easily so I brush her hair daily and take her to the groomers every 2-3 months since her hair grows fast.
