Marianne was great! She came to the house to meet us and our pup before confirming the booking. She and our dog connected immediately, and Marianne asked lots of questions (some we hadn’t even thought of) and took notes. By the time she left, I had no concerns that Midnight would be well cared for. While we were gone, she sent frequent text and photo updates. We will definitely request Marianne again in the future when we have pet sitting needs.
Absolutely wonderful! Kept constant communication, had a vested interest in learning about the animals from the very beginning, very thorough in asking questions on health/vet/wellbeing, and just a super easy person to work with. First time using Rover and Marianne was the perfect person to book. Will definitely book her again when we need her and she is available.
