Pet care experience
If you can't tell, I LOVE animals! My name is Mariah Young and I have over 20 years of experience with dogs. I recently worked for one of Austin's most well known dog trainers and I also have veterinary technician experience. I work from home so I'll be with your fur baby most of the day. All of my guests get pupachinos and movie time when they hang out at the Young house! I am also available to work on minor behavior issues if you need me to. I can also work on general obedience training. Walks can also be added to their stay as well! Also, If you book with me more than three times, you will receive a lower rates on future visits ;) All pick ups and drop offs must be before 8pm. Anything that happens after this time will be charged for the night.

I called Mariah very late just before Christmas and she came through like a champ. It was clear to me that Junie was in very capable hands. Mariah was super responsive, and cared well for my dog’s needs!

Some questions I will need answered include: - Does your pet have separation anxiety? This is not a deal breaker, but I will need to know how anxious they may be and what needs they will have. - Is you pet on any medication? This includes over-the-counter medication or supplements. - Does he/she have any allergies that you know of? This can be seasonal, food, etc. - If your dog isn't eating, may I add chicken broth to his/her food? If they are allergic to chicken, may I try sweet potato or something gentle? - How is your pet around small children? What about cats and other animals?
A typical day
When we go on walks, we go to one of two neighborhood parks. Both of them have paved trails and are connected by a green belt. I have lots of tennis balls and a couple of rope toys for play time!
