I have never experience such an awful rover. First she didn’t send any pictures of my dog. I had to call her and ask can she send pictures of her. After she didn’t answer to my message through the app. Then message me to come and pick her up early. 2 hours early because she had family coming in. Now she charge me $50 a day. She was only keeping my dog for two days from 11am-930pm. And also charged an extra $50 for short notice booking. When Mariah asked me to pick up my dog early. I asked her to modify the extra $50. She refused. And I canceled the booking. We agreed upon a time frame. You failed to complete. I’m here in Corpus Christi visiting from Fort Worth. I know have to change my schedule this is such an inconvenience. I’m also a Rover and love doing. I would never treat a customer the way she treated me and my dog. Also the address she has listed on rover is not the same location she requested I take my dog. She said she had just moved. Lastly I just want my money back. For the second day. And the extra charge of short notice fee. That’s all she deserve. For requesting an early pick up two hours early.
