Pet care experience: - I earned over 200 community service hours in high school by volunteering at national service dogs for three years. I had several service dogs come stay at my house on weekends and evenings to help reduce there stress. I also helped volunteer during the week at national service dogs, bringing them out to the run to play, feeding and giving them attention and love. - I now have my own dog who is 5 years old and is very well trained. Bentley can perform 18 different tricks on command is crate trained and loves to cuddle, swim and play with his toys and frisbee. Special Skills - My experience with national service dogs and owning my dog Bentley has taught me a tremendous amount about dog training and dog behaviour. Of course there is always more to learn, I am very excited to learn even more by getting expierence through rover and dog sitting all different kinds of breeds. - I have been employed at a pet store for the last 3 years and have gained tons of pet care and training knowledge on top of my exceptional customer service. - My dog Bentley loves when other dogs from rover come to visit, if you’d like to meet Bentley and I before your dog comes to stay then just ask me to set up a meet and greet with your availability. I think a meeting before the initial stay is a great way to see if it would be a good fit.
