I have loved and cared for many dog breeds...everything from tiny pomeranians and miniature poodles--who rule the house btw--to large German Shepards, wonderful Sheepdogs and now all manner of bulldogs. For the past 15 years, I have opened my home to bulldogs who have been thrown aside by owners who didn't know what they were getting into when they purchased them. While they do come with health issues, they are the most lovable dogs anyone could ever have and it is tragic to see how some of these wonderful dogs are abandoned. Right now, I have an engligh-french bulldog (pictured with me); a french bulldog and a french-boston bulldog. My yard is fenced in and I also have a very large dog run that I have equipped with a great dog house and electric fan for those hot summer days. I have a wonderful doggy door in my living room and a very comfy couch for everyone to take a nap on. My house is a very comfortable "dog" house and I know we would make it very comfortable for any friend who wanted to come to play. If I come to your house to play with your pal, I'll be sure to do it exactly as I would hope someone would do it for my pals. Bottom line; I am patient, have 50+ years working with dogs of all kinds, and can handle most anything. In short, if you hire me, rest assured that you will come home to a very happy camper.

Maria has been around dogs for the past 40 years, owning many of them, some as puppies, others adopted from shelters. She has a unique knack to relate with them, regardless of their personalities.
I have known Maria Warren for 40 years. During that time, I have observed the loving care she gives her pets. She has nurtured and cared for multiple dogs at a time, cats, birds...she is a bonafide animal lover. I would trust her with the care of my preicous dogs, knowing she "gets" how wonderful they are and how different their personalities can be and how they are all receptive to love.
Hi Rover, I am uniquely qualified to write a testimonial for Maria Warren because she is my sister and so I have had a lifetime of observing her interactions with critters of all kinds. Maria has a magical way with all animals, be they dogs, cats, horses, iguanas, fish...they all seem to just love Maria and they listen to her, probably because she is so good at listening to them. There is an old saying: "A true friend is someone who receives you and always finds you interesting." Well, that's Maria, or AJ, as everyone close knows her. She is a true friend to animals but I have to add, especially dogs. AJ adores dogs and our household has always had rescues that she adopted. She is patient and so compassionate and I have watched many a traumatized dog that others had given up on, completely heal and transform thanks to AJ's attention and guidance. If dogs could write postcards to friends they would be filling the mail with their happy stories about her as their sitter. I've know Maria for many years, and she has never been without canine companions. Her wonderful dogs have included Rescues, Akitas, Bulldogs, Poodles, Beagles and Cairns. They have always received the best of care, nutrition, grooming and training. Her comfort with all dogs is remarkable - she loves them and they love her. And dogs respond positively to her sense of discipline, compassion and fun. I couldn't recommend a more skillful person to entrust your beloved pet with whether big or small, young or aging, healthy or infirm.
