I own a small chihuahua at my parents' house, we've had her for about 5 years now. She is a lot to handle, so I am used to and can deal with dogs that bark, or are a lot to handle. I've also volunteered at the Chicago Canine Rescue regularly for about 2 years. My roommates are also dog sitters with Rover, so I've been exposed to dog sitting and grown to enjoy it. I enjoy being around dogs, not only taking care of them but playing with and taking them to dog parks.
