I'm so excited to meet new pets. I understand that they are an essential part of any family and I am absolutely committed to making them a part of my life during their stay (and even after they're gone!). I have a very friendly beagle who will certainly get along with any pet. Both of us love furry company. About this sitter: I am a student at Hunter College studying philosophy, Ancient Greek/Latin, and German. I absolutely love animals and love caring for them. I have a dog of my own, Minerva, whom I have trained. In the past, I've worked as a dog sitter and dog walker. My schedule gives me plenty of flexibility to dog sit. I look forward to giving your dog a home away from home and hopefully becoming best friends. I spend tons of time with my dog and with neighbors' and friends' dogs while they work. I've walked dogs for over 3 years and have trained the dogs that I've walked. I have references available upon request. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover as far back as I can remember. I had a dog for a few years growing up (a shi tzu named Coqui) and I now have a beagle mix named Minerva. Minerva actually lives with my friend but I take care of her every day. My experience administering medication I have had to give my dog medication in the past and am fairly comfortable doing it.
