Twin Pet Sitters - Double the Love
Pet care experience
My twin Rachel and I have been dog and cat sitting for the past 7 years whenever our neighbors or friends go out of town and need a sitter. We’ve been on Rover for about 3 or 4 years. We can take the dogs on walks when you normally do and also make sure they have their food and water available. We both work and Rachel goes to ASU still, but we do have very flexible schedules thanks to online classes. Since there are two of us we can spend more time with the animals and make sure they get taken care of properly, plus we have double the love and affection to offer! We grew up in a house full of pets from dogs, cats, turtles, geckos, and frogs so we are very good with animals and very used to being around them. We are more than happy to dog or cat sit, we love all animals and have even watched a rabbit while our friend was away. We are very reliable and will put your pets needs first and before our own. We will be sure to keep you updated while you're away and share pictures of your pets to give you some peace of mind!

It was lovely getting to know Maria and Rachel. I was gone for two nights and they watched my puppy Dixie Friday-Sunday. They did a good job watching her and kept me updated with a photo over the weekend and it was reassuring. My only disappointment was the state of my home. Dixie had chewed off a handle on her toy basket, a rug I keep inside had been dragged outside, and one of the panels on my blinds had been clearly chewed through. As a puppy, she requires consistent watching and redirecting and after paying puppy rates it was slightly disheartening. And they had to leave early on Sunday even though I had booked them until later Sunday evening. Overall, happy with the communication from the girls but wanted to leave my personal experience and review.

Maria and Rachael sat for my Charm for 2 days. They were great! They sent many pictures and kept me updated on how she was doing through the weekend. They were very neat and the house was in perfect order when we arrived home. I will definitely use them again when I go out of town.
Maria and Rachel stayed at our home and watched our two small dogs and did a great job. Our dachshund bonded with them immediately. Our chihuahua is a very nervous 8 month old rescue who is not trusting of people, but Maria and Rachel were patient with her and she eventually snuggled up to them. This was our first time ever leaving our pups so we were worried how they would behave, but Maria and Rachel did an amazing job with them. They were really good with communication and never skipped a beat when we asked for updates. If you need someone reliable to watch your dogs, you can count on these two to get the job done. Also, we came back to a spotless home. They respected our house and took care of our dogs, you couldn’t ask for anything better.
