Pet care experience
I have always loved animals since a young girl. I have cared for dogs all my life and doggie sat all through college. I've cared for pets of all ages from young puppies / kittens to senior dogs / cats with special needs too. I am very kind, gentle and loving. I have special experience with senior pets. I cared for my senior dog, Molly for 17 years and my senior cat, Sam for 18 years. My home is cozy and tranquil with a large pet-friendly sunlight patio. There is plenty of space outdoors to run around and play, including trails in our neighborhood. I live with one small dog, Stella who is 11 years old. She is very sweet, friendly and loves to cuddle, a true lap dog! We also have two wonderful toddlers in our home. We are a very loving household who would love to welcome your family pet into our home.

Maria did a wonderful job taking care of Molly (Yorkie-Poo) while we were away on vacation. Maria was highly attentive and considerate of our older dog’s limitations and needs. Molly was very content staying with Maria and her pet Stella in a peaceful and caring environment. I have a big yard and a two story home. Dogs are allowed anywhere on the home, mostly downstairs during the day. Dogs are like family to us and we treat them like such. One of us is always home during the day so dogs get to have potty breaks all day long (and treats 😂).

I have a 15 lbs weight limit for dog boarding. Potential furry clients have to be comfortable around small children and loud noise. We can take two animals from the same household at the same time on a case by case basis if they are the right fit for our family.
A typical day
Depending on the amount of activity your dog can do, I offer walks throughout my neighborhood. I provide indoor play with various pet toys or you can bring your pet's favorite toy to play with! Then your pet can lay down on the many soft and plush pet beds available or lay with Stella and I on the couch. I share photos and videos of your pet with you throughout the day during your pet's stay. Use of an indoor enclosure and outdoor pet stroller are also available if needed.

I’m currently working full time but have flexibility to work from home most days. My spouse stays home and also shares responsibilities of dog boarding. We are flexible with our schedules and can cater to any of your needs!
