Maria as a person is very nice. But I will not be booking again. I do not feel she knows enough about dogs and how to look after them. I dropped off my 3 year old happy, bubbly cocker spaniel to Maria at 5pm for a 5 day stay but by Midnight we had to collect her as she apparently had bitten Maria's husband finger. This was very out of character as before her stay she had NEVER bitten anyone. We booked Maria because her profile stated it was just her and her 12 year old daughter in the property and there were no other dogs. This was perfect as My dog is very nervous/unsettled around other dogs which I made clear to Maria. On arrival there was another dog barking and snarling from behind a door in the kitchen and Maria was there with 2 very small children. After only 30 minutes in Maria's care I was receiving messages basically telling me how bad my dog was yet every video and pic she sent just showed my dog walking around or sitting down (with her 1 year old son) nothing she sent backed anything she was actually saying about my dog. She told me my dog was chewing her blanket and sent me a video of her pulling on the blanket my dog was chewing you could visibly see my dogs tail wagging as to her maria pulling the blanket had turned this in to a game Maria didn't seem to know how to de-escalate the situation. When my husband finally went to collect at 00:30 (only 7 hours after dropping her off) there were 3 vehicles parked on the drive that were not there at 5pm which says to me there were more random strangers in the house that my dog wasn't used to. She was also not fed her evening meal even though I'd gone over her feeding and sleeping schedule. Since leaving Maria's I managed to book another sitter and all I am getting is positive updates, videos and pictures of the very happy bubbly girl that I know. No barking no aggression which leads me to wonder what did Maria/ the other people in her home do to my dog to make her feel so uncomfortable/scared that she apparently turned to aggression?!? Sorry for the long review but this was my experience.

Due to a family emergency we got Errol unexpectedly 2 days before we were going on holiday. We were so worried about him as he was quite unsettled. We didn't need to worry at all. He had a lovely time and I couldn't recommend Maria and her family more.
