Hello! It's Mel. I've been taking care of pups for the longest I can remember and I can honestly say that's it's been exciting and extremely fun! The reasons I'd say that my home is a GREAT place for your pup to stay is because #1 My backyard is MASSIVE. I can tell you that my Sophie & Brown LOVE to run in the backyard. They would want to be there forever to be honest lol. It makes me happy when I see them run freely and enjoy playing Frisbee. #2 The indoors are great as well. Wooden floors all over the place. From my experience, my pups always used to mark what little carpet I had in my home like rugs or mats. It made it easier to train them by not having carpet but just by having that one mat lol. This may or may not make sense to you but TRUST me haha. #3 I'm a cook and baker. I have lots of experience taking care of pups with allergies. I bake dog treats for my own pups and fellow guest pups because I know that treats aren't for everyone. #4 I will absolutely send pictures of your pup during their stay! I'll update you as much as you need as I know that you'll worry for your little one. Trust me, you're not the only one. These are our babies we're talking about after all! Some of the things you may need to bring - Food (written note with amount & time) - Collar w/tags - Leash - Toys - Bowls (some pups I've watched over would only eat/drink from their own bowl) - Treats - Medications - Crate - Dog Bed
