Pet care experience
I'm the person that will stop at every corner to pet an animal. I love all animals, especially dogs. Growing up, I had a Maltese so I have lots of experience caring for dogs. She was sick at one point and I learned how to watch out for any differences in a dog's behavior and personality, so I'm very observant of that. I've also dog-sat for dogs in the past and I just genuinely love spending time with them. I love walking them, playing with them, and simply just sitting around on the couch watching tv while they're curled around my lap. Being around dogs is a favorite of mine, and I would love to be your go-to to care for your furry best friend!

She took care of Lolita as if she was her own dog. Lolita really liked her. Very good at communicating on how Lolita was doing and asking questions about her behavior, likes and dislikes. Will definetly leave Lolita with her on my next travels.

Maria was so kind to our dog Yue who's never stayed with anyone outside of her human family homes. As first time dog owners, we were pretty nervous about leaving our little puppy with someone she didn't know well, but Maria kept in touch with us by sending us pictures of Yue and updating us as to how she was doing. Maria told us that she took Yue to brunch with her and that Yue had made friends which is what we would have done with Yue on weekends and they were watching Harry Potter together when my fiancé went to pick her up. ? This was all so great because our puppy loves spending time with people. Maria also was so flexible with drop off/pick up time. It made us feel like she genuinely wanted to spend time with Yue. It was a huge relief to have found Maria to take care of our little dog. Thanks Maria, we really appreciate you looking after Yue!

A typical day
Dog parks where they can socialize with other dogs is always a favorite of mine. Also playing catch and just enjoying warm weather when possible. When weather doesn't permit us to stay outside for long, I've found some dogs love playing catch indoors or hide and seek!
