Hello! My name is Mari and I grew up on a farm with many animals that I learned from my parents how to respect and care for. I have three dogs at home and have had 40 years experience walking, teaching, grooming, playing with and loving dogs. My three best friends are named Olive, Wayne and Keller (they are all rescues) and are my great teachers. It takes patience, kindness, awareness and sensitivity to communicate well with dogs and it has been my experience that if you approach a dog with those qualities, as well as past knowledge, there is boundless love that these creatures are yearning to give. I find dogs to be remarkable teachers of unconditional love. They simply are my very best friends

Playing favorite games whether it is fetch or tag or chase or simply having a tummy scratch, I will engage my new chum in whatever is their preference. Perhaps an occasional treat if their doggy parent approves and then a walk around the neighborhood or beach or to the park depending on what is appropriate!
