Pet care experience
Hi my name is Margo! I’m 24 y/o and have dog-sat, cat-sat, puppy-sat, house-sat, baby-sat, and plant-sat for friends and neighbors since I was 13. I know how hard it is to leave your furry friends in the hands of a sitter and my goal is to make you feel 100% confident that I will care for your pet as if they are my own. I regularly dog and house sit for my neighbors, friends and parents and have never failed to create a great bond with the animals I care for. I have experience watching and raising puppies as young as 8 weeks and senior dogs as old as 12 years. I’m an avid hiker and outdoors enthusiast so I will happily take your dog on long walks or hikes if you so desire. Dogs all have unique personalities and my favorite thing about pet sitting is getting to know all their funny quirks and habits. My dog, Brandy, and I are a package deal. She is 1.5 y/o standard poodle and absolutely loves other dogs. She gets along with all dogs large and small. She loves to play but is also very respectful about other dogs boundaries. For this reason, I can only take dogs that have no history of aggression towards other animals. Whether you need me to pet/house sit while you’re out of town, watch your dog while you’re at work, or have them stay here at my house I’m more than happy to meet any of your pet related needs! If you are looking for long-term doggy daycare, I am happy to discuss discounted weekly or monthly rates.

Margo took such good care of Clover for me when I needed daycare for her. Clover was happy and tired and worn out at the end of every day, and had fun playing with Brandy!
Margo was great. She worked with us when our schedule deviated from the plan. She was diligent about sending us updates and pictures during our trip, and cleaned up before she left. I would definitely hire her again to watch our pets.
Margo was an excellent house-sitter. The dogs and cat loved her and her communication with us, and willingness to be with the pets as much as possible was excellent. She worked with us in terms of our later than planned arrival and kept us well-informed with all. The house was in excellent shape when we got back. I highly recommend her and look forward to having her house-sit for us again : )
Margo was great. We needed some one trust worthy to look after our house and dogs and she did a great job. She was happy to handle all of our peculiarities and made sure to stay in contact with us while we were gone. She took care of the house, garden, and house plants and made sure we got plenty of pics of the puppies too!

Like I said before, Brandy and I are a package deal. So we are available to have your dog stay at our house or we can come stay at your house while you are out of town. I have a 6ft fully fenced yard and require a doggy meet and greet before taking on any new clients. I only take 1 other dog at a time, so if your dog is staying at my house or here for doggy daycare it will just be your dog and Brandy. If I am staying at your house, I’m open to watching more than one other dog since they will be in their normal environment. When I’m pet sitting I make it a priority to match your normal schedule as best as possible to reduce stress on your pet by keeping a familiar routine. I know how hard it is to leave your furry friend behind and I am happy to go the extra mile to make your pet feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. Since my schedule is so flexible, I will be able to spend a lot of time with your pet to ensure they never feel lonely while your gone.

A typical day
I have an arsenal of fun games and activities for your dog. If they love fetch we’ll play that, if they want to romp around with Brandy I’ll happily monitor them while they play, if they want to practice their tricks or work out some mental stimulation I have lots of games that Brandy loves too.

I work from home most days and have a pretty flexible schedule. I will only ever schedule boarding, daycare, or house sitting on days that I can give my full attention to your pup.
