My name is Margie, I have been a dog lover my entire life and have had pets since I was a child. I volunteered at a shelter and walked dogs for many years. I have experience with geriatric dogs and I am comfortable with administering oral medication as well as eyedrops, insulin injections, etc. as needed. I am in Western Nassau County and have plenty of room for pet visitors. We have a fenced yard and can offer daily exercise in a great neighborhood for walks. If you would like them to socialize, I am willing to take them to a nearby dog park as well. Your dog(s) will be our only client(s) while they are with us and we will provide plenty of attention. We do not have any other animals in the house. I would like to know all about your dog and what his or her particular needs are . My sole motivation is that I love dogs and know how much it means to have them in worry free care while you are unable to care for them yourself. There will be "dog-friendly" children in the house so it is important that your pet is "child friendly". During their visit here they'll be treated like family and I gladly provide text updates and photos.
